SERVICES

Service Vehicles:  We have a large fleet of service vehicles to fit your needs.  They range from service vans to a 20,000 pound equipped truck to pull and set pumps and compressors.  Each office has a service department which offers skilled, factory trained technicians as well as certified pipe welders.

Demo Trailer:  Schedule a date for us to bring our demo trailer by your company so you can see our products in person.  The trailer includes a Kaeser Compak Plus blower package, Kaeser direct drive rotary screw air compressor, Tsurumi Vancs pump on a slide rail system and Prevost aluminum pipe.

Air Demand Analysis:  Both new installations and system optimizations require a complete and thorough application and system analysis.  Once the actual compressed air usage and clean air treatment requirements have been determined, the system can be designed and installed to achieve maximum efficiency.  We offer a Data Logging program which records the amp draw of your air compressors.  In addition, we offer Kaeser's Air Demand Analysis which can monitor flow, power consumption, pressures and air quality.

Lunch & Learns:  Let us bring lunch to your office for a training session on Kaeser blowers and/or compressors.  All you have to do is gather any interested people at your company together and we will provide the lunch, speaker and training materials.

Leak Detection:  A comprehensive leak detection device is used for compressed air and vacuum systems, valve seats, drain traps, tanks and pipe lines.  This device can also be used for mechanical checks on bearings and gear boxes.  every plant has leaks in the compressed air system.  Countless compressed air system studies have confirmed that as much as 35% of all compressed air produced is lost through leaks.
